Rachel Nichols


Rachel Nichols is an actress from the US. Funnily enough, she did not really envision a career in acting when she graduated from university – Rachel first pursued a career in modeling before successfully transitioning into acting in the early ‘00s. Her first role was in the extremely forgettable Richard Gere vehicle, Autumn in New York (2000). She was credited as “Model at Bar”, so it was probably a small little cameo, at best. Even though the future didn’t look bright right from the get-go, Rachel did a fantastic job of just keeping at it.
In the same decade, she went on to appear in The Amityville Horror (2005), P2 (2007), Star Trek (2009), and G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009). Her horror movie experience smartly factored into the roles that she picked throughout the ‘10s. Even though Rachel’s later roles were on TV, she still managed to amass a legion of devoted fans. Many people claim that she’s one of the most underrated actresses out there, both in terms of hotness and acting chops. It’s a strong statement, but there’s at least SOME truth to it, we feel like.
